Facebook Hidden Posts
Whilst it doesn’t apply to Personal Profiles, a bane of Business Pages is Facebook Hidden Posts.
This is Facebook’s censor and it seems to have taken umbrage at my friend Sadie of iLocalSearch, putting two of her recent posts on the Lollipop Local Business Page wall into some kind of dustbin.
With the old Facebook Page, the cure was simple enough. Click on the ‘hidden posts’ link underneath wall and above Info. But, with the new Timeline, everything changed.
Again, it was poor Sadie, who alerted me to the presence of hidden posts because I couldn’t find them anywhere on the new layout. And then I saw a notification that she had posted but it was not appearing on my Page wall. Instead there were three little dots . . .
Clicking on these, I found Sadie’s missive and was able to approve her comment.
I discovered on this website that the hidden posts are now at the top of the page in the dashboard under Manage Audience > Use Activity Log > Spam section but today they are not working. When I have more information, I will update this post.
